My daughter has officially declared this her new favorite dinner and immediately said: “Mom, this tastes better than at a restaurant!” It’s so easy to make, so juicy, and so full of flavor that the plates will be empty in no time. One of those recipes you discover once… and then make every single week! Recipe in the comments. If you want to follow my recipes, write “yes”.

Instructions:
1. First, take the cabbage and remove the core. Place it in a suitable pot, add hot water, and let it boil until softened.

2. Let it cook for about 10 minutes on each side, turning and checking constantly to prevent overcooking.

3. Now prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, bulgur, rice, onion, parsley, tomato paste, salt, red pepper, black pepper, and oil. Mix all ingredients well.

4. Take the cabbage leaves and remove the thick stem. Place the prepared filling in the center and roll them up.

5. Repeat the process until all the filling is used. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish (Pyrex).

6. Pour the sauce mixture (pepper paste, hot water, and salt) over the rolls so they are fully covered.

7. Add a few slices of butter and garlic cloves on top, cover with baking paper, lightly moisten it with water, and place in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.

8. Once done, remove from the oven, take off the baking paper, and serve with yogurt or plain as desired.

Enjoy your meal!
