1 tablespoon lime juice7 teaspoons organic honey
2 cups filtered water
Preparation:
1. Bring the filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan.
2. Add the chopped ginger and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes.4. Strain out the solid parts of the ginger.
5. Mix 1/2 cup of ginger water with the sparkling water, lime juice, and honey to make your syrup.
