 Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line two or three round cake pans.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract and strawberry puree.
Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
Step 2: Bake the Cake
Divide the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cakes cool completely before assembling.
Step 3: Make the Filling
Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add melted white chocolate and mix until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create a light, fluffy filling.
Step 4: Prepare the Frosting
Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar.
Mix in melted white chocolate, vanilla, and milk until smooth and spreadable.
Step 5: Assemble the Cake
Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a thick layer of the white chocolate cream cheese filling.
Add the next layer and repeat.
Frost the entire cake with the prepared frosting. Smooth or decorate as desired.
